- Can I stay while you groom my pet?
No. Pets are often not able to relax completely when you are present. It is easier for your pet to enjoy their grooming experience when the groomer is in charge of the session. Staying with your pet is distracting rather than helpful.
- How long does it take to groom my pet?
The grooming process takes 3 - 4 hours.
- How far in advance can I book a grooming appointment?
You may book an appointment up to one year in advance.
- Will I be charged for canceling a boarding or grooming reservation?
No. Please let us know as soon as possible when your plans change. However, you will be charged a no-show fee if you don't call or show up.
- Will my dogs play with other dogs while they are being boarded?
Group play and individual play are part of the boarding experience. As long as your dog's temperament is good, they will be able to play with other dogs.
